4 Reasons why there is a high demand for German Language in India:

Foreign languages that Indian students have been learning over the decades are French, German, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Mandarin, etc. Although some are of the opinion that German is too complex to learn, there are evidences to the contrary.   1. It is Easy to Learn GermanThat German is hard to learn is a myth. All English speakers have quite an advantage when it comes to learning German. The principal reason is that English and German, as languages, have the same Germanic origin. There are a large number of words that have a close relation and are called Cognates. E.g. "Father" in English becomes "Vater" in German and "Water" becomes "Wasser". Moreover, unlike Russian, Japanese, Arabic, Korean, and Chinese, there are no new alphabets to learn. Just a few letters are added. The new letters that get added are the umlauts ä, ü, and ö. One does not need to invest infinite time in order to learn German
  2. German is the Language for Thinkers and Poets: If you learn German, you learn the language of innovators, inventors, thinkers and poets. You can read famous publications in their original language if you complete your German course properly.

The German book market has the 3rdlargest position in the world, right after English and Chinese publishing industries. A very small percentage of German books get translated to other languages and you can get access to these treasures only if you learn German.

Germany is Europe’s fastest growing economy and has need of lots of young professionals for their industry.
